Returns and Delivery
Delivery:
There is a charge, as stated on the website for delivery. Orders of items in stock are dispatched within 7 working days from receipt of payment. Made to order items will be sent within 2-3 weeks of receipt of payment although we aim to send them earlier. All orders are sent using either Royal Mail's Parcelforce48, or a reputable courier service with tracking facility, or by 1st class post - an email will be sent to you when dispatch is made letting you know estimated date of arrival. If you need your order any quicker, please contact me and I will do my best to help.

Returns:
If you would like to return or exchange an item this must be done within 7 days from the receipt of the goods, no returns or exchanges items will be accepted after 7 days. The item(s) must be unused and in the original condition, including labels etc. Please note that there is also a 25% restocking charge unless the reason for the return/exchange is due to my mistake. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note I am a textile artist and each piece of work is unique, the botanical fabric is made using a long and complicated process. It is hand dyed and printed using natural dyes and foliage and therefore there will naturally be a variation in colours. If two or more lampshades are ordered and you want them to match I will endeavour, as far as possible, to match tones, but I cannot guarantee exact matches,
There may be irregularities in the dye and print of the fabric, this is inherent of the character of the cloth and not to be considered as flaws. All of my cloth is handcrafted and that is its uniqueness and beauty. Your order will resemble what is shown in the photo (remember computers show colours differently!) but may not look exactly the same.
Please note that I am a sole trader and I make every effort to get the orders out as quickly as possible, but this is not always achievable. Some times in the year the foliage may not be conducive to printing and therefore orders may take longer. In favourable times I will endeavour to get your order to you within two weeks.
